Privacy when using FinanOne with Claude

What data is sent to Claude

• Only the result FinanOne returns for each request Claude makes, for example the list of orders you asked about.
• Only data your account is allowed to see, in the organization you chose when connecting.
• Sensitive data is not sent: payslips, payroll, base salaries, and the bank accounts of customers and suppliers. When Claude views records, national ID and account numbers keep only the last 4 digits, and dates of birth are hidden.
• Passwords, OTP codes and bank login QR codes are never sent.

Once it reaches Claude, data is handled under Anthropic's policies and your Claude account settings.

What FinanOne receives and keeps

• FinanOne does not receive or store your conversations with Claude.
• FinanOne receives only each request Claude sends (for example “find orders for customer A”) and that request’s parameters.
• For each request, FinanOne keeps a log entry with the organization, connection, tool name, parameters, a short result summary, any error and the time. The log is used for security review and troubleshooting. Log entries are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted automatically.
• Records you confirm through Claude (tasks, draft orders, draft payment requests…) are stored in FinanOne just as if you had created them yourself.

Access tokens

• The access tokens Claude uses to call FinanOne are stored only as hashes (one-way encoded), never in their original form.
• Access tokens expire after 1 hour and are rotated continuously. If an old token is reused, FinanOne revokes the whole connection.
• The connection expires after the duration you chose: 30 days, 90 days or 1 year.
• A “Connected apps” section in FinanOne Settings, for revoking connections yourself, is coming soon. Until then, disconnect in Claude.
